由AAAA 美亞權益促進會，IAPAC 美國華人政治聯盟，HQH 美國華裔平等權益協會聯合主辦 的2022美國青少年演講比賽將於10月16日在洛杉磯舉辦，歡迎大家踴躍參加。
初中組題目：是否應該推動把亞裔美國人的歷史加入中小學教科書？
高中 / 大學組題目：擁槍，控槍，什麼才是最好的平衡？
鼓勵亞裔青少年關心社區，深度思考熱點話題，鍛鍊公共演講，培養領導能力。歡迎初中生，高中生和大學生報名參加。
歡迎熱心人士贊助此次活動。主辦方AAAA 是聯邦註冊501c3組織，捐款可以抵稅。
歡迎大家推薦學生參加。
形式：每人演講3分鐘
獎狀：提供給每一位參賽者義工證書和服務時間。
獎金：兩組各有一，二，三等獎，頒發獎金$300, $200, $100及獲獎證書。
評分標準：演講內容40%,演講技巧與表達30%,演講整體努力與效果30%. 裁判由多位地方政府市議員及教育委員會民選官員組成。

The 5th American Youth Speech Contest
The purpose of this event is to train our young generation in leadership and public speaking and to inspire our youth to be more active with the politics within our communities. Participant must be between the ages of 10 and 26, and currently attending any Middle School, High School or College, or must be a graduate from College or High School. Each speaker will have 3 minutes.
Time: 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm, October 16th, 2022
Junior High Topic: Should Asian American History Be Added to School Textbooks?
High school/college topic: Gun Right vs Gun Control: What Is the Right Balance?
Every participating contestant will be given community hours & a certificate of participation
regardless of what their place is in the contest. Cash prizes of $300, $200, $100 and certificate for winners of each topic group.
